If utilizing our local pickup option, proof of proper setup is required PRIOR to taking the animal home. Please bring the dimensions of your enclosure. Proof of UVB is required by either bringing your bulb into the store for testing or purchasing a new bulb. If proof of proper setup is not satisfied, your purchase will be refunded in full within 24 hours.
Live animals are shipped via UPS Next Day Air Monday through Thursday, and are delivered by 12:00 pm to most locations, Tuesday through Friday. Shipping your live animal is dependent on your availability and weather.
We can ship directly to your address, as long as your local overnight low temperature is above 39F, and your high temperature is below 90F at noon on the day of arrival. If your overnight temperatures are below 40F or above 90F, we can ship, but there will be NO live arrival guarantee. Any issues with livestock must be reported within 2 hours of the delivery timestamp from the shipper. If your overnight low is below 30F, we retain the right to hold shipping until temperatures increase due to safety concerns.
