Having a Kid's Birthday Party at The Tye-Dyed Iguana
Looking for something different for your kid’s birthday party? How about a party that you can enjoy just as much as they can? At the Tye-Dyed Iguana, we love hosting events that include the whole family, and our birthday parties are no different.
Kids and adults alike can learn more about our reptiles and amphibians, and touch a few of our animals.

What we do for birthday parties at our exotic pet shop
When you schedule a birthday party at The Tye-Dyed Iguana, you get party prep and entertainment. Every party includes the opportunity to learn about the animals in the shop, and for kids and adults to interact with the party animals. Each of the animals that we allow children to touch during parties is safe and tolerates handling, as long as the kids treat them with respect.
During our educational segment we teach the audience the particulars of each animal. Petting and touching is always encouraged during this time. Our hands-on portion allows the attendees to hold the available exotics. This allows each person to encounter a beautiful piece of mother nature.
You will be able to utilize our party space, separate from our store, for 2 1/2 hours. Your group will enjoy a one-hour demonstration followed by an additional 1 1/2 hours of "party time". During this time, the party goers are able to enjoy presents, cake, ice cream, or simply browse the store and keep the reptile experience fresh.
How long is a Tye-Dyed birthday party?
We make sure that when you schedule a party time slot, you’ve got plenty of dedicated time and space. The party duration is 2 hours and 30 minutes in our private party area. That includes time for socializing, opening gifts, learning about and interacting with the animals, and having cake and refreshments.
How much does it cost?
We offer two different packages, the Gecko Level and the Python Level.
The Gecko Level includes the 2.5 hour interactive party in our private space. It also includes 30 printed invitations, table covers on all tables, a personalized welcome sign, and a dedicated host. The family will also receive 15% of any in-store purchase the day of the party. The Gecko Level is $249.
The Python Level includes everything included in the Gecko Level plus 30 assorted cupcakes, 30 assorted juice boxes, 30 small plates and napkins, and 20% off any in-store purchase the day of the party. The Python Level is $299.
