What we text

• Customers: order-ready notices, one pickup reminder, local delivery updates (booked, day-before reminder, out for delivery, delivered, rescheduled), a notice when a drawing prize is added to your account, and replies when you text us.
• Employees: work notifications they choose, such as newly published shifts and shift swap decisions.

In the store

When you place a special order, a pickup order, or a local delivery at our register, our staff ask: “Text you when it’s ready?” Neither answer is pre-selected, and the order cannot be saved until you answer. The register shows this disclosure, which our staff read to you:
