Return Policy (Shipping Only - Call for In-store Policy)
You may return your unopened merchandise within 60 days for store credit only. Items that are undamaged will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee unless it was a packing error on our part. Shipping costs for non defective products will not be refunded. All defective ZooMed products must be returned to ZooMed, you must have your receipt for this. No returns on frozen or live feeders. All returns must be within 60 days and have the boxes and all original packing material the product came in. All returns must be unopened and not used. Please email us before you send it back. We are not responsible for damaged or lost returns. Do not send back used products. It takes at least 3 - 4 business days to process returns; all refunds will be reimbursed by store credit. All orders that have damaged products must have a claim filed with FedEx before damaged replacements are resent or a digital picture sent to us.
Live Animal Guarantee
We have a live arrival guarantee on all reptiles sold online. Any DOAs must be reported within 2 hours of arrival. There is no guarantee other than live arrival due to the nature of web sales. Our carrier must get a signature for the guarantee to be valid. No signature = No guarantee. No guarantee when your temps are below 40 degrees or over 90 degrees. There is no live arrival guarantee on amphibians.
