Booth Info

We are running a promotion for our first show.  Your first table is free* and each additional table is $50.  To obtain a free booth, you must fill out our sign up form.  You must submit the form along with a $50 deposit to hold your free table.  You will be reimbursed $50 cash the day of the show at closing.  Closing is at 4pm.

Each table is 8ft long.  You are provided with two chairs and a table cloth.  Electricity is available free of charge.  You must have your own extension cords and power strips.

Setup is from 7 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.  Tear down is from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Vendors who tear down early will not qualify for the first table refund.

An inspection by qualified staff will be conducted before and during the show.

Please take the captive bred and quality import rule seriously. It will be enforced. We wish to maintain a reputation for offering only high quality, healthy, captive bred animals. If it is not healthy do not bring it to the show!

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations must be made no later than 30 days prior to the event to be eligible for a 100% refund.  No refunds on cancellations made within 30 days of the event date.
